On our website, you will be asked to provide information about the following:
- Domain name registration.
- Domain name update.

- Other random services.
To register a domain name, you must provide the name of the desired domain, your name and address (or the name and address of the person for whom you are registering), and the name, address, email id, phone number, and fax number are required for the domain's technical, administration, and billing. Once the domain has been registered you must maintain this information up to date. We will ask you for information such as your name, phone number, and email address if you have any queries about our service.
What do we do with the data?
The information you provide us at the time of registration (or when you rectify or update your registration) is needed for a variety of reasons, including:
- To allow the domain name to be assigned to your server on the internet.
- To establish a contractual relationship between you and Domaigo and for invoicing.
- To allow us to properly manage your account and notify you when the domain reservation expires, and renewal is required.
- To allow other users or operators to contact you with the purpose of clarifying issues related to the domain name.
- Data is also being filed as part of a "data escrow" procedure in order to keep the domain alive in the event that the registrar stops registering and maintaining domain names.
Moreover, if you send us a question, we'll need your contact information to respond.
Do we send this information to anyone?
We send data for domain registrations, updates, and corrections to our staff and representatives, the administrator of the central database who operates the top-level domain you've chosen (please see the TLD terms of registration to determine the registry in charge), to our associates for domain registrations and hosting, and to the central internet WHOIS database regarding your domain registration, and to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) as a technical coordination authority, to “escrow – agents”, auditors, “WHOIS” - service provider and as the circumstances require to registrars nominated by ICANN as an alternative.
Further data usage:
Domaigo will only use the information received in accordance with the framework agreed upon by QDR for Qatar domains, ICANN, and other recognized domain registries. Domaigo will only use the data to the degree necessary for advertising, customer advice, or market research, and only with the client's prior consent.
